There are times in your life when you look back. You look back upon the days gone by, but just the recent memories. Memories which affect you the most right now, memories which might not affect you after some days, months, or years. So why do we choose to look back at only those memories? Is that our limit? No. Our own presence right at this moment is sown by those millions of memories right from our birth. Look back on those memories, be it sad or happy. The person you are now, is because of what you have struggled through, peacefully or painfully. Going down memory lane, you might just come across instances which might have directly or indirectly led to the pain that is affecting you now. You might think, "Wish I hadn't done that at that point in time, then all my struggle right now would be gone." I request you all, and myself to never let this bother you. If you hadn't taken the step then, maybe your life would have gone on a different track. But then what? Do you know the answer? Can you tell how your life would have gone if you had not taken that step?
So stop regretting on what you did and what you did not and start to see what lessons you acquired from those memories. Each and every memory teaches us a lesson, big or small. It doesn't matter. Because in the span of time, these lessons accumulate. And soon, these become a part of your being. It becomes You. If you had not experienced the memory which now affects you, you wouldn't be ready for what is coming next. You wouldn't learn, so you might just have to deal something similar to that in the unexpected future, without any knowledge of strength. Be thankful that the memory is now in the past, but do not overlook it. It is the boon of Time which gives us itself to get over the recent memory, which affects us the most right now.
It is Time which reminds us to sum up our life on not just the experiences of a few months, but the ton of it, since we started walking on our feet. Just as Time is making you struggle right now, Time will also ensure you won't have to struggle in the near or the distant future. So when life is weighing you down now, just think about the time when it was not. Happy memories boost your soul to tackle the utmost pain. Think about what you can do to make the pain go away. And even if it doesn't, what can you do to reduce it. Because whether or not it is clear to you, "the universe is unfolding as it should".
